Advance Spy Software Pro License Agreement and Disclaimer
EVALUATION LICENSE AGREEMENT:
BC Computing licenses Advance Spy Software Pro to you only upon the condition that you accept all of the terms contained in this license agreement.
You MAY:
(i) use Advance Spy Software Pro on one computer for each license purchased;
YOU MAY NOT:
(i) sublicense, rent, sell, or lease any portion of Advance Spy Software Pro ;
(ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any
attempt to discover the source code of Advance Spy Software Pro , or create derivative
works from Advance Spy Software Pro ;
(iii) use Advance Spy Software Pro on a greater number of computers than the number of
licenses of Advance Spy Software Pro you have purchased.
WARRANTY:
BC Computing warrants that Advance Spy Software Pro will substantially perform its functions, when Advance Spy Software Pro is used correctly and in accordance with specifications and instructions. BC Computing, MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is the replacement of the Advance Spy Software Pro or a refund of the purchase price, at BC Computing 's option.

BC Computing has made every effort possible to ensure that Advance Spy Software Pro is free of any bugs or errors, however in no way is Advance Spy Software Pro to be considered error or bug free. You assume all responsibility for any damages or lost data that may result from any errors or bugs in Advance Spy Software Pro.
IN NO EVENT WILL BC Computing. BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS LICENSE. In no case shall BC Computing's liability exceed the purchase price for the Advance Spy Software Pro .
Federal or local law governs the use of some types of software; it is responsibility of the user to follow such laws. It is a federal and state offense to install monitoring/surveillance software on a PC of which you do not own.
It is illegal to install monitoring software on computer or network you do not own - and we cannot be held responsible for malicious users. BC Computing will aid law enforcement in prosecution of users abusing our products for malicious purposes.
DISTRIBUTION:
Advance Spy Software Pro may NOT be sold or distributed in any way without prior written consent from BC Computing.
PRIVICY:
BC Computing does not collect any personal information about you. We will not use cookies to collect or distribute information about you for any purpose. It is company policy that our customer databases remain confidential and private. We have not and will not ever sell names or confidential private data to "spammers" or other parties who would like to use our databases to advertise or solicit their products or services. Advance Spy Software Pro do not collect any information from your system
GENERAL:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and BC Computing. You acknowledge and agree that there are no other writings, oral representations or other communications or representations upon which you are relying in entering into this Agreement. Any and all writings, oral representations or other communications or representations that you may have recieved concerning Advance Spy Software Pro have no effect, It is the terms of this Agreement that will control all issues involving your use of Advance Spy Software Pro . All rights to Advance Spy Software Pro are owned by BC Computing. and are protected by copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. BC Computing retains all rights not expressly granted by this Agreement. This license shall terminate automatically upon the violation by you of any of the terms stated herin.
